These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Tejas Naik, a sole proprietor operating under the brand TezCodefrom Examba, Taluka Chikodi, District Belagavi, Karnataka 591244, India (“TezCode”, “we”, “us”).
By visiting tezcode.tech, signing up, enrolling in any course, or using the learning dashboard at lms.tezcode.tech, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use TezCode.
1. Who can use TezCode
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and pay for a course on your own behalf.
- If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, complete payment, and provide explicit consent at checkout. The parent or guardian is the contracting party and is responsible for the student’s use of TezCode.
- You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it up to date.
- One account is for one student. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
2. Our courses
TezCode currently offers three courses:
- 7-Day Python Crash Course — seven daily live sessions covering Python fundamentals.
- 3-Month Python Cohort — a 45-day live cohort designed for school students in grades 6–10.
- 111 Days of Python — the full 111-day curriculum covering Python, web development, automation, data, and AI.
Course content, schedules, project lists, and pricing are described on the respective course pages on tezcode.tech. We reserve the right to update curriculum order, replace specific projects, or substitute equivalent material; we will not reduce the overall scope of what you paid for.
3. Enrollment, payment, and access
- Enrollment is complete only after payment is successfully verified through Razorpay.
- Prices shown are in the currency stated and exclude any taxes that may be levied by your country of residence; those are your responsibility.
- Access to the dashboard, recordings, and notes is granted within minutes of a successful payment.
- For cohorts (the 3-Month course), you are admitted to the next available batch unless otherwise stated.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
4. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy. Briefly:
- 7-Day Crash Course: unconditional refund within 3 days of purchase.
- 3-Month Cohort: unconditional refund within 7 days of the cohort’s first live class.
- 111 Days of Python: unconditional refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
5. Live classes and attendance
- Classes are conducted live over Google Meet. Schedules are confirmed on WhatsApp after enrollment.
- If you miss a class, the recording is uploaded to your dashboard within 2 hours.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep to the schedule. Occasional rescheduling due to instructor health, network outages, or force majeure is part of the service and is not grounds for a refund outside the windows above.
6. Your conduct on TezCode
By using TezCode you agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course materials, recordings, notes, code, or assignments to anyone outside TezCode.
- Record, screenshot, or screen-capture live classes for any purpose other than your own personal study, without our written permission.
- Share your account login with anyone else.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against the instructor, classmates, or staff in classes, on WhatsApp, in chat, or anywhere else.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or any content that violates the rights of others.
- Use TezCode for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law in India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or your country of residence.
Breaching these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
7. Intellectual property
- All course materials, recordings, lesson notes, project briefs, marketing copy, designs, logos, and website code are the intellectual property of Tejas Naik or are used under licence.
- When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. You do not acquire ownership.
- The code you write in your assignments and projects belongs to you. We may, with your permission, showcase outstanding student work on our website or social channels.
8. Job, placement, and outcome claims
Our marketing pages reference statistics such as “89% placement rate” and testimonials about academic improvement. These reflect historical outcomes for past students and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome for you. Hiring, grades, and career success depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
TezCode is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to TezCode shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for the relevant course in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Termination
- You may stop using TezCode at any time. If you are within a refund window, see the Refund Policy; outside the window, paid amounts are non-refundable.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be updated and material changes will be communicated to active students by email. Continued use of TezCode after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of TezCode shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
